Vietnam Single Entry Visa information
Holders of the new Vietnam e-Visas will be allowed to arrive into Vietnam through any of the eight international airports including Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City, Nha Trang City, Hai Phong City and Phu Quoc Island or through any of the 13 international land border crossings.
How to apply
Simply email us and Provide digital copies of the following documents:
- Scanned copy of Canada passport. A clear scan of the information pages of your valid, signed passport.
- Passport-type photograph: must be uploaded to your applicant profile.
- Your itinerary including exact date and port of entry

Vietnam Official Visa information
Please make sure that application forms are not printed on double-sided paper.
How to apply
Step 1: Fill out Vietnam official visa application form online.
Step 2: Send the following documents to Vietnam Travel:
- Original, signed Canada passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
- Passport Photo: 1 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.
- Foreign Affairs Letter. Letter from the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, sending department, or agency, addressed to “Embassy of Vietnam, Ottawa”, explaining purpose of travel and dates of the trip. Letter must contain the applicant’s name and the passport number.
