Tour Plan

Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival (-/-/-)
Our tour guide will meet and greet you upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, take you to the hotel for check in (after 14:00)
Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam, is an elegant city located on the banks of the Red River with tranquil Restored Sword Lake at its heart. North of the lake are the bustling streets of the Old Quarter. Much of the city was transformed by the French when it became a French protectorate in the 1880s and there are wide boulevards and large colonial buildings which are now home to government departments and foreign embassies.

Day 2: Ha Noi Full Day Tour– Night Train To Lao Cai (B/-/-)
After breakfast , Our guide and driver will escort you for full day city tour to visit landmarks and other the major interesting sites like Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on every Monday, Friday morning and every afternoon), One Pillar Pagoda, The Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prision. Enjoying the famous traditional water puppetry show in Thang Long Theatre.
Back to Hanoi railway station to catch night train to Sapa.

Day 3: Lao Cai railways station – Lao Chai Ta Van Village (B/-/-)
Arrival Lao Cai, our guide will pick up you at train station and move for breakfast, and then transfer for Sapa tour, trekking to visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages inhabited by Black H’mong and Dzay ethnic minorities. Enjoy amazing and breath-taking landscapes of terraced paddies, green valleys and meet with friendly local people.
Back hotel for check in and have leisure time.

Train tickets do not include any meal on train. You must prepare your meal by yourself before board on train, or you can order meal and pay for directly with train crew.

Day 4: Fansipan mountain by cable car

  • Night train to Hanoi (B/-/-)

After breakfast, you will transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station that takes you about 15 minutes instead of 3-day climbing two to four days as before. After arriving at the station, visitors will take about 20 – 30 minutes to climb 600 more ladders to reach the top of Fansipan peak, and touch the landmark in the roof of Indochina. It is no longer a dream far away with many people as before since the cable car Fansipan was born. Besides the Fansipan peak, you can also visit the beautiful Fansipan Legend with Bamboo Garden, Bao An Thien Tu, Bich Van Thien etc. Return Sapa for relax. Free in the afternoon. In the late afternoon, transfer back to Lao Cai station to take night train back to Ha Noi.

Day 5: Ha Noi Railways station- Ha Long overnight on cruise (B/L/D)
Your train arrival to Hanoi in early morning. Pick up and transfer for breakfast before depart for Ha Long Bay. The wondrous Ha Long Bay is truly one of Vietnam’s most impressive scenic sights. This exciting cruise will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear and emerald water. The limestone karsts formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. Today you will enjoy lunch and dinner on cruise

Day 6 (Wed, 27 Mar 2024): Ha Long – Ha Noi- Night train to Hue (B/BR/-)
Waking up and having breakfast served onboard. Continue cruising around the bay. Take sampan to visit Cave and come back to the boat. Having brunch before disembarking and transfer back to Ha Noi to pick up night train to Hue (SE19-2010PM-0940AM). The train schedule is object to be changed without notice

Day 7: Hue railways station- Half day tour (-/-/-)
Morning, arrival Hue, our guide will pick up you from train station, meet ụp our guide then transfer for tour. Located in the heart of Hue is Imperial Citadel, a vast complex built in the early 19th century and model after Forbidden City of Peiking. Approach the city past the striking Flag Tower, where a giant Vietnamese Flag waves proudly overhead, to the imposing Ngo Mon Gate, the main entrance to the Imperial Enclosure. Enter into an area of spacious courtyard and serene Lotus Pond, and visit Dien Tho Palace where the Queen Mother lived, visit Thai Hoa Palace the magnificently decorated reception Hall, the Hall of The Mandarins, the original Nine Dynastic Urns, among the other sites. Then take a boat trip to Thien Mu pagoda, visit the oldest pagoda in Hue City.
Back to hotel for check in and relax.

Day 8: Hue- Hoian city tour (B/-/-)
Moring, depart from Hue to Hoian. Enjoy walking tours with a visit Japanese Covered Bridge Pagoda, the first bridge on this site was constructed in 1593 by the Japanese community of Hoi An to link the town with the Chinese quarters across the stream. Sa Huynh Museum, Tran Family Chapter, this house for worshipping ancestors was built about 200 years ago with donations from family members Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall.It is typical of the Chinese clans that were established in the Hoi An area. Back to hotel for check in and relax.

Day 9: Hoian- Tra Que farming and Cooking class (B/L/-)
After breakfast, ride a bicycle to Hoi An’s colorful central market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients that will be used in the cooking lesson later, so make sure your camera is handy. Bike onwards to Tra Que vegetable village where you can enjoy a nice refreshing welcome drink then walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields, using the traditional methods they have been using for hundreds of years, no electrical machinery here. Continue onwards to a nearby restaurant. Here a local chef will help you learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food like: Tra Que Vegetable Salad, Tam Huu (spring onion rolls), Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancake) & Hoi An fresh spring rolls. Finish off with a delicious lunch of traditional dishes you have prepared yourself!

Please note: Passengers who are not comfortable on a bicycle, a complimentary vehicle transfer can be arranged for this day so you may still take part in included market visit and cooking class.

Day 10: Hoian – Danang- Train to Saigon (B/-/-)
Transfer to Da Nang train station to take train to Sai Gon. (16 hours on train SE3 -13:15PM – 05:25AM)

Day 11: Saigon Railways station- Early check in- Half day city tour (B/-/-)
Arrival Saigon station in the morning, our guide will pick up and escort you to hotel for early check in. Take a rest
Today you will visit all interesting sites and landmarks in Saigon City. First stop is Notre Dame Catholic Cathedral, Post Office nearby, passing by Reunification Palace to take photo outside, and then we will visit the War Remnants Museum, which primarily contains exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietnam War.

Day 12: Sai Gon – Cu Chi – Sai Gon (B/-/-)

In the morning, start your excursion to the famous Cu Chi tunnels. This network of tunnels, which stretched for over 200km, became legendary during the 1960s. The Cu Chi tunnels played a vital part in the U.S – Vietnam War in that they allowed the Viet Cong to control a large rural area only 30 to 40 km from Saigon.
Driver back to Saigon.

Day 13: Sai Gon – Ben Tre – Sai Gon (B/-/-)
In the morning, travel from Saigon to Mekong delta. Upon arrival in Ben Tre, take a boat on river. Stop at brickwork to see how to make bricks in handy traditional method – soil brick is molded from clay, arranged inside kiln and became brown after baking. Visit coconut processing workshops located along the canal. Go on natural scissors creeks where they look narrower to the village. Take a short walk to family workshop run by women making sleep mats and enjoying some fruits and tea and chatting with local people to know about their rural life. Take a motor cart (xe lôi) or biking on shady road, pass by rice fields and vegetable plains to be able to touch on real life and find out about tropical culture from Peasants. In the afternoon, take rowing boat along water palm creek. Transfer back to Saigon

Day 14: Sai Gon Departure Flight (B/-/-)
Free at leisure until transferring to Tan Son Nhat airport to take your departure flight (check out time: 12:00 noon)
